平砂アートムーヴメント2019「ここにおいて みせる/みる」の展示作品として製作。建物は筑波大学平砂学生宿舎9号棟で、老朽化によりすでに使われなくなったもの。

建物全体を利用した、時を知らせるオブジェ。動作時刻になると建物の明かりが点き、時報の鐘が鳴る。
An object that uses the entire building to tell the time. At the operating time, the lights of the building are turned on and the bell rings.
